Have a very Merry Christmas!

As I am trying NOT to contribute too much to landfill I thought I'd send Christmas Cards via my blog this year, especially to those in Melbourne.

Finally all the kids Christmas parties etc are over and done with. No more Christmas Carols please!

Mother has now arrived in Melbourne and is not happy about our cold and drizzly weather! It was lovely and sunny in Perth when she left and she only brought warm clothing!

I'm off now until after Christmas so have a wonderful break and don't eat and drink too much.

All our love

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Well, it's that time of year again. The amount of things going on for each kid at school or kinder is head spinning! Gotta love what we do for our kids hey? As for next year Liam will be in Grade 4, Quinn Grade 1 and my little princess will be starting school as a pre preppy at Our Lady of Victories where Quinn went. Nothing like a good Catholic Education to set you on the right path!? She is sooo excited and can't wait till she has to wear a school uniform every day and she can have a lunch order!

Mark is off to his work do this weekend, and as usual it's a fancy dress. The theme this year is Circus, so he is going as a Hot Dog!! Will definately be posting a photo of that when it happens.

Stay tuned.

Dutch Sinterklaas comes to Melbourne

Sinterklaas & his helper Black Pete come
to Melbourne where they meet with the children. The children give Sinterklaas a
drawing or poem and he gives them a gift.

Everyone partakes in the little Dutch
cookies called Pepernootjes, which are just like gingerbread. Yum! Pippy loves them.

Some of my Digital Scrapbooking

I know it's sad that I actually do this, if I was American I'd probably be a Red Neck! (so my Amercian friend Gray tells me)!
This is Pip's Christmas card for her kinder teachers.

Wedding at Stradbroke Island Qld

Mark and I went to Stradbroke Island Qld for my girlfriend Julie's wedding. It was the most beautiful spot for a wedding and they looked radiant and happy.
We also look happy as No children came with us!

Bula from Fiji

Kids Photos

We finally had some professional photos taken of the kids. Here they are:

Bula from Fiji

We're back from almost 2 weeks in Fiji. We had a great time swimming, snorkling, beachcombing, horse riding and making new friends and catching up with old friends.

Now we are suffering from Post Holiday Blues!!

Enjoy our photos with our new Canon that we are loving.

Quinn - 6 years

Quinn has been having a recurring nightmare of late whereby he burns to death!! Horrifying I know, and it has him terrified and quite upset. Hence, since the nightmare he has been asking a lot of questions about death, dying and Heaven. When I was putting him to bed last night, he turned to me with a very serious face and asked "Mum, can you do Lego in Heaven"? Guess it's very important when you are 6 and have a huge Lego collection that you love!
